20:46:53 UTC: Potential connectivity issues for some users. Our monitoring systems indicate that some users may be having difficulty connecting to PrintNode. Based on traceroutes and prior experience, we suspect this is caused by packet loss in internet backbone routes operated by Cogent. We are monitoring the situation and will continue to post updates.
