17:08:28 UTC: Connectivity issues for a small subset of users. We are aware that a small population of our users are experiencing connectivity issues. We can confirm that our systems are operating normally and we have not made any changes, so at this stage we believe this is due to a general internet connectivity disruption. We are monitoring the situation closely and will update when we learn more.

11:52:40 UTC: Reports of internet connectivity issues across the UK. We have observed general internet connectivity issues at two independent data centres starting at approximately 06:00 UTC, with apparent resolution at approximately 10:00 UTC. Both data centres report that multiple tenants have noticed internet connectivity issues, suggesting that there is a widespread issue. Downdetector shows increased outage reports across multiple services in the UK. We confirm that PrintNode itself is operating normally. We will post updates if and when we receive new information.
